Shoreline Acacia

The Acacia is situated within a private gated community of 76 luxuriously appointed Bahamian style 3 and 4 bedroom beach homes. This perfect hideaway is located on the south shore of Grand Bahama Island approximately 10 minutes from the international shopping and entertainment center of Port Lucaya, 15 minutes from downtown Freeport and also 15 minutes from the Grand Bahama airport.

Grand Bahama Island is a place of stunning natural beauty, where white sands are fringed by azure blue seas, and the sun shines all year 'round. The island is located just 50 miles from the East Coast of Florida, and is easily accessible from Europe, Canada and the United States.

The Acacia is a short stroll from the beach. In the heart of the development is a 3/4 acre lake and full-sized swimming pool with pool bar. The houses are arranged in cul-de-sacs serviced by central amenity areas including a private swimming pool, with outdoor grill and patio area.

In addition to this there is a main feature swimming pool with bar and lake as well easy and direct access to the beach..

The beach at Shoreline is breathtaking, and offers miles of fabulous white sand stretching both ways as far as the eye can see. A ten minute stroll up the beach in either direction will bring you to the local beach bars with fabulous lunchtime menus. Water sports, such as snorkelling, water skiing, sailing and windsurfing are all locally available. Tennis, golf and fishing are just minutes away as are access to most of the island's amenities including fishing and the famous swimming with Dolphins.

The Acacia - House Features

The Acacia is a four bedroomed house, each bedroom having its own private ensuite. The master bedroom is downstairs. It has a king sized bed, large bathroom and shower and steps straight out onto the deck, overlooking landscaped gardens. Also downstairs is a living area, dining area, fully fitted kitchen, utility and washroom.
Upstairs are 2 large and 1 medium sized bedroom, each with their own ensuite and includes 2 queen sized beds and one twin bedded room.
All facilities and decoration are to an excellent high standard. Acacia guests are looked after through local management to ensure that they can make the most of the island, the development and the house.
This is a non smoking house.

Rental Rates

Includes normal power/ aircon use and payment by wire transfer. A 50% deposit reserves the booking with balance due 30 days prior to departure plus a $500 deposit, refundable on departure. Please note main public holiday dates may be higher.
